Skyline Tower Brings Luxury to Long Island City

Since 2013, construction firm Highbury Concrete has managed building projects that have transformed New York City. A recipient of the prestigious Roger H. Corbetta Award, Highbury Concrete was instrumental in the construction of Skyline Tower, now the tallest skyscraper in Long Island City.

Situated near Court Square, the yet-to-be-completed Skyline Tower contains more than 800 luxury residences. At over 750 meters tall, the building can be viewed from Manhattan and Brooklyn. The tower’s location is close to the anticipated Amazon’s headquarters, which greatly increased interest in the building.

Studios to three-bedroom units ranging from $500,000 to $4 million have been on the market since late 2019, though construction is projected to finalize in two years. The well-appointed building also features a high-end communal kitchen and social space, a spa, a swimming pool, and 24-hour door service. Residents can take advantage of an onsite pet training center, a daycare center, and a full-service concierge.
